Feng Shui Tea Time Workshop

Come join 4th generation Feng Shui Master Jenny Lui for this seminar where she reveals how decorators, architects and builders can mutually benefit by integrating feng shui principles into their design concepts. In this special seminar, Master Liu will introduce the basic feng shui principles of Chi, the Five Elements, Compass Theory, and personalizing architectural design through a case study and tour of a custom home built and designed according to feng shui.
This seminar will be hosted in a relaxing tea time setting abundant with insight, warmth and humor. The atmosphere is energetically charged as it takes place in a home built, landscaped and decorated according to feng shui principles. From the turtle-shaped floor plan, to the stunning Chi Art and guest appearance of Grand Master Chi Jen Liu during the reception, you are surrounded by harmonized energy. This program will explore the issues from the viewpoints of the architect, the structural engineer, the owner, and the contractor. Construction Contract Administration is changing with the technology used to deliver new building projects. Learn how to protect yourself and improve the quality of Construction Contract Administration on your building projects. Shop Drawings, Submittals, and Substitutions occur when a different building product is used instead of the specified product. These situations are a special problem for building product manufacturers and are costly to design professionals, building owners and contractors. This program delivers a message about the sources of problems and offers suggestions for preventing abuses, wording for communications and Shop Drawing Stamps, when / if stamping is necessary. It explains the 'right' way to handle communications and technology to protect the integrity of the building process.
