The Los Angeles region has one of the highest concentrations of creative professionals in the world, and as a result, a wealth of entrepreneurial spirit and accomplishment. AWA+D’s 2014 Symposium Breaking Ground: Stories of Innovation + Success will highlight five women entrepreneurs engaged in the urban realm who have started their own practices in LA. Join us as we explore their stories of inspiration, obstacle, reward and diversity, and learn who in your backyard is helping to reinforce Los Angeles as the undisputed creative nexus of California.
