The Association for Women in Architecture is an organization of individuals dedicated to forwarding the position of women in architecture and related fields as well as advancing these professions.

AWA members enjoy a monthly newsletter, regular meetings, tours of places of interest, and networking with others of similar interest in the professions allied with architecture.

Formed in 1999, the AWA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports women professionals in advancing themselves in their profession, and continues the AWA scholarship program for young women currently enrolled in architecture programs.
